Q: The rental package rates are per hour, per pax or per session?
A: The training/seminar room rental package rates listed are per session, regardless of the number of attendees, unless otherwise specified.
Q: Are the rates quoted inclusive of GST?
A: No GST at this moment. It's the nett amount of what you pay.
Q: How much for full day sessions?
A: A Full Day sessions of 9am - 5pm is simply considered one morning session plus one afternoon session, without extra charge.
Q: If I book full day, do I have to pay extra for the break-times in-between sessions?
A: You don't have to pay extra for full-day sessions. For example, if you book the training/seminar room from 9am to 5pm, it will simply be considered one morning session plus one afternoon session.
Q: Can I come to take a look at the place first?

Q: How should the payment be made?
A: The payment can be made by Cash/Cheque/NETS/Fund Transfer/T.T. You can also choose to pay by PayPal/Online Credit Card, which is subject to 3.5% transaction fee.
Q: Where to park cars and what are the parking rates?
A: There are 3 car parks: Bras Basah Complex, National Library and Oden Tower. Click here for more details.
Q: Where can we set up our refreshment/catering?
A: Our organizers put their refreshment/catering in the corridor area outside the training/seminar room.
Q: Can I bring food or coffee/tea etc. into the room?
A: Food and Beverage are not allowed inside the premises expect for plain water.
Q: Can we plug our own mic into your audio system?
A: Our audio system is locked after installation and calibration, thus it will not be able to connect foreign equipments such as mic. We recommend that you use our in-house AV system as it's best calibrated for the training/seminar room.
Q: How late can I rent the training/seminar room until?
A: 11:30pm, unless otherwise approved upon confirmation of booking. After 10:45pm, $10 per 15min applies. After 11:30pm is $50 per hour.
Q: If we book from Friday to Sunday, do we have to clear the room every day?
A: If you book continuously, e.g. Friday ends at 10pm and Sat starts at 9am, etc., you can simply leave the training/seminar room uncleared and return the next day. If you don't book continuously, and another organizer has booked the sessions in-between, you need to clear the room.
Q: Can we use the chair without the writing tablet?
A: We have 20 chairs without writing tablet. However we will not be able to detach/attach writing tablets for the rest of the chairs, as doing so will reduce their life-span.
Q: Can I book the room for my cooking session/birthday party etc.?
A: The purpose of the room is mainly for education and training. We are unable to serve events such as cooking sessions/birthday parties etc.
